By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure services. AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLDHEATH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases and we may delete your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in San Francisco courts.
